Q: Do you provide drone / aerial photographY Service?
A: Yes I do! Please see the “aerial” page from “WORK” on top tab.
Q: Do you provide 360 virtual tours, such as Matterport, Zillow 3D, Cloudpano?
A: Yes, we can do all of them listed above! I am also a Zillow Certified Photographer for capturing 3D tours like Zillow 3D Home service.
Q: Do you do videography too?
A: Yes, although it is relatively new to me, I started providing video services for my clients.
Q: Are your images HDR (high dynamic range)?
A: Often by the word HDR, realtors mean high quality, high-resolution photographs with multiple exposures. My photos are mostly combined with multiple exposures but I also combine with flash lighting, creating an effect of natural ambient lighting with correct colors of flash (very uniform and indeed correct, unlike having three different light sources in your room!) so you can consider my method as MORE than HDR really. For exterior shoots I also combine multiple exposures without flash, creating an effect very close to what our eyes see. Trust me, I went to engineering school and got master’s degree by taking courses like lighting, human perception, and architecture!
Q: What areas are you serving?
A: Generally San Francisco Bay Area, all over the place. It all depends how far it is from Oakland, size of the job, etc. Just contact me if you’d like to know if your house can be shot!
Q: How fast of turnaround time can you make?
A: I have done same-day rush delivery, meaning I shoot photos in the day and deliver them by the end of the same day, but that’s only for urgent jobs, with additional cost. I can do 24 hours delivery with no added cost because often realtors are under pressure. For non-real estate photography, such as architectural, interior, portrait, corporate headshots, I may take more time to perfect the post processing.
Q: Can you do corporate headshots?
A: Yes we can, we have been providing professional corporate headshots to portraiture photography services all over the bay area since 2014. Please let us know what kind of backdrop / background you would like, location you want to shoot (indoor / outdoor / your office space / studio) and how many people you have in your workplace. We will have the professional headshots ready for your firm to promote your team to the world!
